Our client, an insurance agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Front Desk Office Assistant to keep them organized.
Your main responsibility will be supporting agents by taking phone calls, checking emails, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS :
Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction
Greet clients / visitors
Take payments
Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help office run smoothly
Schedule appointments
Update database regularly to make sure current customer information is readily available
Must be computer savvy
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
Full-time : Monday Friday from 8 : 45 am to 5 : 15 pm
Pay $18-20 / hr
